| Okay, now that my sister informed me on how to actually post an entry (instead of just rewriting over the old one like I was doing) here's the latest...
It's a beautiful autumn day here in Grapeland--the leaves on the trees have actually had time to turn all shades of yellow and orange this year before they lost all their leaves! We are all doing great, sleep deprivation and all. Noah is 1 month old today--time has gone by so quickly! We are loving (almost) every moment of parenthood The un-lovely moments usually fall between 2 and 4 o'clock in the morning! It is an adventure that's for sure!
Tiff--the blog entry you wanted me to read was, well, I don't actually think there is a word for how weird that was but no matter. | | |

So quite a bit has transpired since I last wrote...Our sweet baby finally arrived! He is a handsome little guy--we named him Noah Eugene! He weighed 9 lbs. 10 oz. and was 20 1/4" long. He is such a blessing and we thank the Lord for this wonderful gift He has given us! The labor and delivery turned out to be very different from what we had planned. After 15 hours of labor I never got past 4 cm dilated so we ended up having to have a C-section. It was a little overwhelming but in the end when I got to kiss his sweet face it is all worth it!! Noah is doing really well, he's almost 3 weeks old now and I can't believe how quickly time is already passing by! Tiffany has a picture of him posted on her site, I'll try and have one up next week. Until then, have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday and take time to thank the Lord for His abundant goodness!!
